How to book hotels for tournaments.
Many tournaments require an overnight stay, and some run a required hotel block. Here's how to book so our team stays together and stays eligible.

On the schedule
On the Schedule page, the green bedicon links straight to that event's hotel-booking page. A gray bedicon means an overnight stay is expected but a booking link hasn't been posted yet — check back, or follow the general steps below. A plane icon means the event typically requires a flight.
Booking steps
- 1. Confirm the dates and city on the Schedule page.
- 2. If a hotel-booking link is posted (green bed), use it — many tournaments require booking through their hotel block to be eligible to play (a “stay-to-play” policy).
- 3. Book early. Team blocks and nearby hotels fill quickly for large events.
- 4. Try to book the same hotel as the rest of the team when possible.
