Paul Dozeman

Assistant Coach / Middle Positional Coach

Paul Dozeman serves as an Assistant Coach and Middle Positional Coach for Austin Select Volleyball, working directly with our middles on blocking footwork, timing, and transition tempo. A 6-6 middle blocker, he still competes himself, wearing No. 33 for Austin Jam, a men's semi-professional team here in Austin that fields a roster in the Volleyball League of America's West Division. Athletes see him train and compete at the level he is coaching them toward. He played collegiately for the Arizona Christian University Firestorm, where he started all fifteen matches of his freshman season and led the team in service aces, and came up through St. Mary's High School in Phoenix, Arizona, where he was named Metro Region Player of the Year and earned All-Region honors.
